Egg Fried Couscous | 20-Minute Lunch Recipe

This Egg Fried Couscous recipe can be a great lunch by itself or served as a side for dinner. It is a low-effort quick recipe which takes only 20 minutes to prepare. 🥚

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp universal vegetable seasoning
  • Cook 1 cup couscous (as stated on the package) and set aside.
  • Dissolve 1 tbsp brown sugar in 4 tbsp soy sauce.
  • Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat and stir fry 3 eggs, set aside.
  • Add the cooked couscous, 1 tsp ground ginger and 1 tsp universal vegetable seasoning  in the pan and stir until well mixed.
  • Add the brown sugar and soy sauce mixture and the fried eggs.
  • Mix well and serve.
