This recipe is for a very easy to make chocolate cake that you can’t go wrong with! 😍
My secret is that I use this recipe when we are having guests at home as my fast-and-easy-sure-thing. 😅
Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 0.5 cup coconut sugar
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 vanilla extract
- salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil (if you are using coconut sugar or just half of it if you are using only brown or regular sugar)
Other Ingredients
- 3 bananas (the riper the better)
- 100 g chopped chocolate (I am using a milk chocolate with no added sugar)
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF)
- Mash the 3 bananas in a bowl and mix well with the wet ingredients
- Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl
- Add the dry ingredients mix and the 100 g chopped chocolate to the wet ingredients mix and combine well
- Pour in a paper lined pan and bake
