  • 3 cups Frozen berries mix (or just frozen strawberries)
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • In a powerful blender, combine 3 cups of frozen berries, 1 ½ cups of almond milk, ⅓ cup of maple syrup, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth and frothy, scraping down the sides/bottom of the blender intermittently to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated. Add water if needed.
